I. PAYMENT OPTIONS AND TERMS

1. Pay at Store: Customers can choose to Pay at Store and must pay for their orders within 24 hours at each store where items were ordered from or the order will automatically be cancelled without liability on the part of HMR Reverse Logistics, Inc.

2. Direct Bank Transfer (BDO): Customers can choose to make a direct bank transfer or deposit. Payment must be made within 72 hours from ordering or the order will automatically be cancelled without liability on the part of HMR Reverse Logistics, Inc.

II. RETURN POLICY

This Return/Exchange Policy applies to products bought from www.theresellersmarket.com (eCommerce platform) the official e-commerce website of HMR Reverse Logistics Inc., which is hosted and maintained by HMR Philippines Inc.

Your satisfaction is in the best interest of HMR Reverse Logistics, Inc. For that reason, we design an easy way, under valid and reasonable circumstances, to allow you to return or exchange the product you have purchased from us under the following conditions:

1. Be sure to contact and inform us that you’d like to return or request an exchange of product/s.

2. Returning or requesting an exchange of your product can only be made within the warranty period of each item and from the date, you received the item.

3. All expenses, including but not limited to shipping and handling costs, pertaining to the return or exchange of a product shall be for the account of the customer who will be returning or exchanging the product.

4. The subject product shall be forwarded, delivered, or submitted, in an unused and good condition, for return or exchange before our customer representative at the HMR Reverse Logistics, Inc. branch where the product was purchased.

5. The product sent for return or exchange must be accompanied by the corresponding Official Receipt as reference and proof of purchase.

6. We reserve the right to refuse to exchange, return, or refund items that have been:

    • intentionally defaced
    • worn
    • washed
    • have undergone revisions or have been reworked
    • without labels or marked with ‘SECONDS’ or with cut labels
    • damaged due to improper use or mishandling of the item or other customer induced damage

7. Due to hygienic reasons, we reserve the right to refuse to exchange, return, or refund purchased merchandise belonging to the following categories:

    • Men’s underwear bottoms including Briefs, Boxer Briefs, and Trunks
    • Women’s underwear including Bras, Bikinis, Hipsters, and Boylegs

8. An item must only be exchanged with another item of the same amount or higher. The price difference shall be for the account of the customer.

9. Free items acquired via any promotions cannot be returned or exchanged.

10. Discounted items and items with an “AS-IS” label (barcode or description) are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

11. We reserve the right to refuse or deny refunds, exchanges, or replacements, without liability.

III. GENERAL

The management of HMR Reverse Logistics Inc. reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order for any reason without incurring any liability. In case of cancellation, the customer will be refunded the amount paid to HMR. The company may revise the terms and conditions at any time.
